It was my first time in a California dispensary and from the security gentleman at the door to the budtenders, Teddy and Lizzy, they made it a superb experience! I asked a ton of questions. They were so helpful and patient not one time did they make me feel rushed. They had great promotions and a large selection of products. I know my next trip to Santa Rosa will definitely include a stop by the Flame Dispensary. To top it off, It is conveniently located just off the 101 freeway on Santa Rosa avenue.

Since flame opened up it became my go to spot. The shop is very open figuratively and literally, when you walk in you get visual of the whole store to be greeted by one of the friendly security staff. The bud tenders always try and help you find a product that’s right for you, becoming a regular like my self you obviously get to build sweet relationships like my guy Ted who’s been helping me out since the place opened. To make it short this place has great daily deals, a great location and great people!

Went here for the first time on Memorial Day. They had some great deal going on. Most of all the selection of any product is huge. Great place to go for lots of options. Lizzie was the bud tender that helped me out. She was very kind and helpful with all the products. Would definitely recommend checking Flame out when you're in the area.

Stopped there a few times and yesterday on the way home I thought one of the bags I purchased felt lighter than another strain from the same company. So I came back this morning and explained to the employees (Jordan & Carl) my situation. They were more than happy to exchange the item but we still compared bags and to my surprise they were all the same size. Smaller in comparison to other 1/2 oz. One employee (Kayden) mentioned he had a scale and ask if me if I wanted to weigh it for a peace of mind.I began to feel embarrassed when they were all spot on but when they were still willing to exchange it I decided to keep the one I had so they didn't have to go through the whole system and fix my mistake lol.Long story short, great store with an amazing team. Alexis knows her strains and she always sells me the FIRE!!!!I know I could have prevent this by weighing it myself at home, "but them I got high, but then I got high, but then I got hiiiiigh'! LOL🤦🏾‍♂️🤷🏾🤣😂
