This is the best dispensary in Sonoma county in my opinion. They have it ALL. I mean they really have everything!! Caden was great and very knowledgeable and the owner Steven is very friendly and helpful. You gotta check out this shop on Santa Rosa Ave!!
I also have to add anytime I come in there, everyone is super helpful especially Danielle who made sure I got what I was looking for today. I can’t say enough good things about this dispensary.

I would just like to say that I purchased some pot that was no good and a vape that was no good. The management at flame dispensary went above and beyond to make the situation right , they went out of their way to contact me by phone 👍🏻 I mean, who does that? These guys got my business 👍🏻👍🏻 if you have any type of discrepancies or concerns whatsoever, these guys are solid . They hooked me up with some GOOD SMOKE 1000% satisfied …. Shane was the person who helped me tonight and I would just like to say thank you , much appreciated 👍🏻👍🏻

Of the dozen or so dispensaries I’ve tried this is my favorite in Sonoma County. I’ll list what I like and don’t like, as well as what I think they can do better just for posterity, but keep up the excellent work guys!
Like:
Service, selection, pricing (during happy hour), get to spin a wheel

Dislike: Select times and dates for discounted products, can’t touch/select your own products

Needs improvement: This is minor, but when you win free edibles on the spinny wheel you should get ones with THC in them. They extended my coupons the first time and gave me a different one my next visit as an exception, but only giving out CBD ones sortve blows. Free edibles is one of the only good wheel spins for somebody that only shops during happy hour, it should be a reward. But you guys handled it great, this is just a suggestion.

Only other thing would be maybe some more wheels spin prizes that are actually better than happy hour, but I figure this is probably helping others be able to still save when they come in outside of that time so fair enough.
